Vice President, Employee Benefits Account Executive
Jacqueline Bartoy is Vice President and Employee Benefits Account Executive for Harden, one of the Southeast’s leading insurance, risk management and employee benefits firms. In her role, Jacqueline is responsible for defining and assuring execution of client support plans; ensuring accurate and complete client data; and providing responsive communication to clients.
Prior to joining Harden, Jacqueline worked at Richter & Company as an Account Representative, where she assisted in providing health benefits to individual clients and corporations. She was also a research assistant for a social psychology lab at the University of Florida as well as volunteered for the Guardian Ad Litem Program where she advocated on behalf of abused and neglected children for preservation of their safety and a nurturing environment.
Jacqueline graduated with honors from the University of Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology, in addition to a 4-year varsity letter for the Cross Country and Track & Field teams. She later completed the Global Master’s in Business Administration program through the University of North Florida, while also studying and earning European Master’s in Business Administration degrees from universities in Germany and France, as well as a Master’s Consortium from a university in Poland. Jacqueline holds her Life, Health and Variable Annuity (2-15) license through the State of Florida’s Department of Insurance, a Health Insurance Associate (HIA) and Disability Healthcare Professional (DHP) designation. Jacqueline also plans to continue her education by working toward her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
