Commercial Insurance Division Account Executive
Ben Jolley is a Commercial Insurance Division Account Executive for Harden, one of the Southeast’s leading insurance, risk management and employee benefits firms. In his role, Ben provides daily management of a client support team. Ben facilitates the development, documentation and execution of the Client Objective Support Plan, assures the integrity of client data, promotes proactive client communications, and maintains positive client relationships. In addition, he is responsible for the allocation of Harden resources, and is accountable to you for the performance of underwriting and other third party service providers.
Ben joined Harden in 2007 as an Account Assistant. In 2009, Ben’s continuous performance, willingness to take on additional management responsibilities, work ethic and dedication earned him the promotion to Account Manager. Then in 2014, Ben’s determination, commitment to learning, helpfulness in teaching others, and dedication to the insurance industry as a career earned him the further promotion to Senior Account Manager. In 2016, Ben was recognized for his leadership in helping his team develop technially and professionally and grow as a support team, providing added value to our clients, by being promoted to Account Executive.
Ben graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. He holds a Florida Property and Casualty General Lines Insurance (2-20) license as well as an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) professional designation and is certified as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI). These designations provide a comprehensive knowledge of insurance practices, policies, and coverages as well as significant insight into business, law, finance, marketing, sales, client services, risk management, insurance coverages, and insurance agency operations.
An active member of the community, Ben has volunteered with the Cerebral Palsy Center of Northeast Florida and the Salvation Army and mentored for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida. In addition, Ben currently participates in the Cathedral Arts Project, which provides access to instruction in the visual and performing arts to the underserved, school aged children in Northeast Florida.
