Account Executive
Amanda Epsky is an Employee Benefits Division Account Executive for Harden, one of the Southeast’s leading insurance, risk management and employee benefits firms. In her role, Amanda is responsible for Harden’s program administration and client service implementation strategy. Amanda is also responsible for the execution of client service plans, providing daily program management and documentation, maintaining accurate and complete client data, and preparing responsive communication to clients and underwriting facilities.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Management from the University of North Florida. Amanda holds her Life, Health and Variable Annuity (2-15) license through the State of Florida’s Department of Insurance and has obtained her Health Insurance Associate (HIA) designation. She is currently working towards her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Amanda joined Harden in 2014 as an Account Assistant. Her exceptional contributions to our organization, including client relationships, lead to being promoted to Account Manager in 2015, Senior Account Manager in 2018 and Account Executive in 2020. Amanda acts as a mentor to new Account Managers within our organization, and maintains responsibility for training new associates on Post-Renewal workflows. In addition, she holds divisional responsbility for championing certain Benefit Topics, including Compliance. She has extensive experience working with complex clients, including International Organizations, Non-Profits, and Bargaining Union workforces.
