Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Account Directors and Account Executives in a team environment. Interact with employee benefit clients to provide daily program servicing and client relationship management. Participate with the account team to conduct exposure analysis, risk assessments, program audits and coverage analysis. Coordinate the communication of program alternatives and manage the underwriting submission process.
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree preferred. Florida licensure will be required. Minimum of 3 - 5 years employee benefits insurance experience.
A strong working knowledge of employee benefit insurance coverage, products and usages is essential along with an ability to interpret contract provisions. Organizational and time management skills required for prioritizing client service requirements. High level of problem solving and thoroughness to identify and document solutions. Demonstrated professional, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to achieve unique client objectives. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, carriers, and associates at all levels of responsibility.
Up-to-date technology skills required to work in a highly automated and paperless environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four year college degree preferred. Florida licensure will be required. Minimum of 1-year general office experience strongly desired, and employee benefit insurance background helpful.
